System requirements |
| Our goal with SiteDirect is to be as platform independent as possible. By supporting the Firefox web browser together with a PHP/MySQL web server we support most OS commonly used in the world. |

Client (web browser) requirements |
Since SiteDirect works with both InternetExplorer and Firefox web browsers - any client operating system with support for these can be used (such as Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix etc). - Internet connection
- 0,5 Mbit (2Mbit or more recommended)
- Web browser
- FireFox 1.5+ (recommended)
- Internet Explorer 5.5+ (7 beta - not supported at this time)

| NOTE! These requirements are for users working in SiteDirect only. For visitors accessing websites created with SiteDirect any modern internet connection/web browser will work (unless you have written any custom browser specific code yourself in the website). |

Web server requirements |
Due to the fact that SiteDirect is written in PHP we support virtually any webserver platform who can run PHP applications. Server OS: - Linux (Debian, RedHat, Suse etc)
- Microsoft Server NT/2003
- Unix (FreeBSD etc)
- MacOS X
- etc
PHP:
- PHP v4 (most functionality)
- PHP v5 (all functionality)
Databases: - MySQL v4.x or v5.x
- MS-SQL (coming soon)
- PostGresSQL (coming soon)
